Dr. Reginald G. Tan obtained his medical degree from University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Manila, Philippines. This was followed by a Clinical Fellowship on Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery at the University of Ottawa Eye Institute, Ottawa, Canada. He ranked 2nd in the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology Diplomate Examination and garnered 2nd place at the 2015 Search for Young Investigator, Research and Biotechnology, St. Luke’s Medical Center.
